10/06/10 - ATTN LISTING BROKERS FOR FHA HOMES IN KY, TN, KS, MO and OK: HUD-owned properties in these states will continue to be listed for sale through October 12 and bids processed in the usual manner. On October 13th any unsold properties will remain on BidSelect for sale, however, any bids received during the transition process to HUD's new Asset Manager (AM) Contractor will be provided to the new AM Contractor for review and determination of offer award. The new AM Contractor assigned to the property is responsible for reviewing bids and notifying the buyers of bid results. Properties sold by October 13th must be closed by Friday, November 26th or the property will transition to the new AM Contractor for closing.
